Summer Bridge for Kindergartners
Please contact your school district if you are interested in the free Summer Bridge Program for your incoming Kindergartner.
If your child turns 5 on or before September 1, 2019, then he or she can attend Kindergarten in the fall of 2019. At Summer Bridge, your child (and you) will get to know the teachers, the classroom, school routines, the curriculum, and make new friends.

Mono County Budget Workshops
On May 28th and 29th, Mono County’s Budget Workshops will offer a public comment period at the beginning of each meeting. If you’re a supporter of increased home visits through our Home Visiting programs, please take a few minutes at the meetings to share your support with the Board of Supervisors as they consider a $150,000 funding request from First 5 Mono to fund more visits to families. If you’ve shared a positive comment on a past survey from us, please take a look here to remember what you said; it is a page from our 2017-18 Evaluation Report with Welcome Baby! and Parenting Partners survey comments.
