First 5 Mono County is hiring  Peapod Playgroup Leaders to establish, develop, facilitate, and implement parent/child playgroups.

Peapod Playgroups offer children aged 0-6 and their parents groups led by an experienced leaders who provide parenting support, referrals, and education.  Peapod Leaders should have experience in early childhood development and group facilitation skills involving parents and young children. Currently we have no applications for a co-leader in Mammoth Lakes, a fathers’ group leader in Mammoth Lakes, and a leader in Benton. To apply on Edjoin, click here.

Learn about childbirth and newborn care with Deanna Clark (Parent Educator, Certified Lactation Counselor and currently training to be a Lamaze Childbirth Educator).

The next six-week session will be held on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30pm beginning March 4.
